We are looking for a Sanitation worker to be a part of our fun and fast-paced organization! The Sanitation worker is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the warehouse, warehouse offices and company. • Clean warehouse restrooms • Empty all trash cans in warehouse and warehouse offices • Sweep all areas of warehouse • Mop warehouse offices as needed • Clean warehouse floors with floor scrubber and appropriate chemicals as needed • Clean interior warehouse walls, ceilings, fixtures, conduits, and dock doors as needed • Place all trash in dumpsters • Remove pallets and clean underneath the area, dust warehouse racks as needed • Walk the company grounds picking up and discarding trash as necessary • Assist in any maintenance/cleaning duties, in offices as needed • Maintain the safety, quality, and legality of food products • Other duties as assigned Benefits: • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability • Accident insurance • 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with matching contributions • Profit Sharing • Competitive Salaries • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) • Tuition Reimbursement • Professional Development Programs and opportunity to Grow within the Company Qualifications: • Previous warehouse/sanitation experience is a plus • High School Diploma or GED preferred • Good communication skills • Ability to follow verbal and written directions and meet deadlines • Must be able to work under minimal supervision
