Hello. I am a person of low income looking for a specific service. I help my daughter with the upkeep of my grandsons service dog. My grandson has Autism and he has a support dog named Summer. Summer has greatly enhanced my grandsons well being and is a loved and cherished family member. She is a 3 yr old Pekingese /Yorki mix. Since COVID, I’ve been trimming her myself. Needless to say, I’m no professional and it takes me an excessive amount of time to get somewhat of a half way decent cut. She has become completely accustomed to my handling and is very good and patient with me. Ive taken her to a few different groomers and I get the same result. They say they couldn’t complete the job because she tried biting them. The only groomer that had no problem and completed her was the Boces dog groom training program, which since COVID, seems to be unavailable. I’m looking for someone who is gentle, patient, and would allow me to assist them with her so to make the job easier. She trusts me completely so I thought maybe that would work. I’m not looking for any high end salon, as I cannot afford it. Also if you’d be open to barter, me and my daughter have tons of stuff we love to swap. Thanks for reading. Serious replies only
