Recognizing all of our grant partners’ positive impact in the community through the support of youth participation in athletics. Every year the foundation supports amazing nonprofit organizations in the community. The Impact Award recognizes the efforts of one organization, its talented staff, and board members as they collaborate within their community. Join us as we recognize the impactful work and deep engagement of our grant partners in an informal cocktail party. Meet organizations focused on supporting youth and engage in inspiring conversation with community leaders. There will be a short presentation at 5:15pm to celebrate the 2021 Impact Award recipient, Adaptive Sports Northwest. We are looking forward to great company and interesting conversation with an ice breaker activity to help you make new connections. The event will take place outside at the Multnomah Athletic Club, (1849 SW Salmon St, Portland OR 97205) in the turnaround at the main entrance. Bundle up and a bring a mask. Warm drinks and heaters will be provided. Transportation options and parking instructions will be sent out two days before the event in via an event reminder from eventbrite.   The Multnomah Athletic Foundation provides financial resources to nonprofit organizations to offer programs and services to youth in the Portland metroplitan area, with particular focus on underserved communities. We also award post-secondary scholarships to attend the two or four-year educational institution of their choice based on students' academic performance, athletic participation and financial need.
