Celebrate Fall, arts & culture. Come dressed as your favorite Black Hero and parade with a purpose! Games, treats, & swag bags included. **Adult guardians have free entry. Tickets are for youth participants/painters only. We aim to restructure Halloween and focus on amplifying Black legends. All festival participants are encouraged to research and embody a Black changemaker and present themselves as their hero (in full character). During the parade, we will showcase our creative costumes, hero impact on the world and participant. * Costumes are not limited to (youth) participants. Parents and guardians are welcome to engage! We love to see it! Covid guidelines are in place. Please wear your mask and remember to distance accordingly. All event activites will be well spaced out.
