We are pleased to announce an exciting and interactive workshop for Winery Tasting Room Managers taking place on November 5th from 9:00am-2:00pm in Denver! This half day workshop will involve winery owners/tasting room managers of all sizes from all over the state and will end the day with an engaging round table discussion. Lunch is provided as well as a discount for CAVE members! Topics to be discussed include: Winery branding and marketingCustomer service strategies and improving team sales techniques: Building loyalty and sales including ideas for loyalty programs and wine clubsSpecial events, live music, tours and educational opportunities to increase loyalty, and attract new faces The rest is up to you! The Colorado Association for Viticulture and Enology (CAVE) is a 501(c)6 member-based association that exists to encourage and support enology and viticulture in Colorado. CAVE promotes the interests of Colorado grape growers and wineries in legislative and political matters, provides a forum for the exchange of ideas, and disseminates current information pertaining to optimum winemaking and agriculture practices for vineyards in the area. CAVE seeks to establish contacts and relationships with other associations, both regional and statewide, to further development and growth of the industry.
