She is a crack head who lives next to my friend she is being kicked out for harassing my friends. She has the no touch rill because the male dog is extremely aggressive towards men and other dogs. The female dog has more health problems than I care to count. She doesn’t treat them well and is paranoid. She has them kenneled because if let out together they will eventually start to fight. I know this because it can be heard through the wall into my friends apartment. She is deranged and dangerous beware.
