Painter needed - for trim, doors, baseboards

Many people CAN paint, but I need someone who KNOWS how to paint - straight lines, clean, fast, good coverage. Please do not contact me if you painted your apartment a few times and think you can do this. I need good trim work in a residence; tape in some places, ride the caulking in others. 8 hrs @ 25 /hr, this Tuesday, maybe Wednesday. All white Semi, all supplies provided. DISCLAIMER: If you show up and can't paint, I'll send you on your way. Please do not waste an opportunity for someone who actually fits the bill. I need someone to show up, start painting, get paid.
