At Cleanway Services we cannot keep up with the demand from insurance companies to respond to these emergencies and are actively seeking out junior technicians to train and deploy at our Boston headquarters. As a junior technician at Cleanway, starting on $20 per hour, you will be given a mentor and receive on the job training in the basics of water and fire restoration. After 6 months, we will sponsor your IICRC industry certification, upon which you will graduate to a Senior Technician ($25/hour), and thereafter have multiple advancement opportunities. Certified restoration technicians are in high demand across the country. Our industry is growing every year, and not affected by that state of the economy like most construction trades. Minimum Requirements: Professionally represent the Cleanway model of professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Must pass criminal background check Must have a valid driver’s license Must speak, read and understand English Technician must be able to lift 75 pounds Able to climb a ladder. Able to work in confined spaces. Able to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity. Excellent interpersonal/communication and customer service skills Maintains professional appearance and attitude at all times Comfortable with electronically documenting work Works well with others in a team environment We have a rotating on call schedule - Some evening and weekend hours are necessary as we are a 24/7 disaster response company.
