It offers more than just exercise - because you are more than just a body. 60 min of Vinyasa Yoga practice designed to progressively open the body, with each sequence you will evolve into deeper, more advanced postures as the practice unfolds. This practice will help you to build a stronger connection with your body, strengthen your muscles, release unnecessary tension and safely increase flexibility. After the practice of asana, you will learn and practice breathwork and meditation. You will get a chance to ask questions and get a clear understanding of what will be practiced. For final relaxation, you will be resting comfortably while a sequence of quartz and Tibetan crystal singing bowls, gong, and Crystal Pyramid is played. Each instrument is keyed to the energy centers or chakras of the body, where sound is nutrition for the nervous system. The results are waves of peace, heightened awareness, and relaxation of the mind and body. After this experience, you will be offered herbal tea, healthy snacks, and free time to mingle with other participants or to rest on our outdoor patio watching the night sky.
