Enjoy yoga on the waterfront with District Flow Yoga!
Join us at The Wharf for Yoga on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sunday morning too! Unwind with an hour-long vinyasa outdoor yoga session taught by District Flow Yoga every Tuesday and Thursday on Transit Pier (until October 28th) and every Sunday morning on Recreation Pier (until October 31st) at the Wharf. Enjoy waterfront views and fresh air as you shed the stress of the day or greet the new one.

The Details:Classes are Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings through October 28th. Tuesday and Thursday classes are on Transit Pier, Sunday morning classes are on Recreation Pier until October 31st. You may arrive up to 30 minutes before class to check in and find your spot. You must bring your own mat.We will follow all current DC COVID guidelines regarding distancing and wearing of masks that are in place on each class day.Please bring your own water.Class fees are non-refundable.In the event of inclement weather that prevents a class from starting, we will do our best to provide an alternate date but cannot guarantee specific dates or availability.If a class is sold out, walk ups will not be accommodated. If you are sick, please do not come to class. To help us prevent the spread of infection, please cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze.
