Hello! I am by myself in a 3rd floor apartment with some iffy neighbors. I'm looking for a friendly dog but one known to bark at strangers. I am a dog trainer and currently work at a vets office as well so they would be in a caring, loving, and knowledgeable home. Under 3 would be best, fixed preferred but I can get that done myself if not. Must be UTD in Rabies and Distemper. I cannot stress this enough and I can't risk it. The landlord needs the rabies info as well. I do have a cat so they must be good with other animals and children as we have some in the building. Please NO hounds, cocker Spaniels, doodles, Malanois, border collies, aussies, labs, shitzus, sharpei, huskies, chow chows or Goldens. Mixes might be ok depending on what they are mixed with. Male preferred as well.
