LIVE, In Person! 3 Hour Code of Ethics, required for REALTORS® Dee A Young - REALTOR® Broker/Trainer/Mediator/Negotiator An active Indiana Independent Real Estate Managing Broker, Young is experienced in all aspects of general real estate practice. Young is an Indiana Real Estate Licensing Pre/Post and Continuing Education Instructor and the Director and Instructor of NEW DAY REALTY TRAINING.  Young is a member of: MIBOR REALTOR® Association, the Real Estate Education Association (REEA), the Indiana Association of Mediators (IAM), and a Founding Member of the Indiana Real Estate Independent Brokers Association (IREIBA™). Young holds multiple designations and certifications including, REEA GSI™ Gold Standard Instructor™, REEA DREI®-Candidate Distinguished Real Estate Instructor®-Candidate, CDEI™ Certified Distance Education Instructor™ through the International Distance Education Center IDECC™ of ARELLO, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR): C2EX, GRI, CRS, ABR, AHWD, BPOR, e-PRO, PSA, MRP, RSPS and SFR, is a Graduate of the Indiana REALTORS® Leadership Academy (IRLA), and a Master Certified Negotiation Expert® MCNE®. An NAR Certified Mediator since 2012, she serves on Professional Standards Committee of MIBOR® as a Hearing Panelist and Mediator and earned the MPRO+ Designation in 2020. MIBOR® Master Professional Plus Young is a former 10-year member of Toastmasters International, Young was honored as the Greater Indiana Toastmaster of the Year, and earned her DTM Distinguished Toastmaster designation.  Dee A Young was recently Honored with the 2020 Distinguished Service Award of MIBOR REALTOR® Association.
