The Howe Cup is the United States’ largest squash event for women and an annual team championship tournament run by US Squash. The NY Squash district is represented by between five and seven teams at the event, and won the Howe Cup in 2016.
Teams consist of five players and are set in divisions, allowing players of all skill levels to participate:
A division - above 4.01
B division - 3.3 - 4.01
C division - 2.8 - 3.3
D division - below 2.8

Founded in 1924, NY Squash is a not-for-profit organization run by volunteers, and is the designated district branch for U.S. Squash, the sport's national governing body.
NY Squash's mission is to further the development, progress, and establishment of the game of squash in the New York area. NY Squash seeks both to introduce new players to the game, and to inspire current players to excellence, fair play, and healthy competition.
