BOLO: Loose dog running at 34th & Taylor, just off of Belmont. White and grey merle-type coloring. Male Black nylon collar w/ 2 tags: 1 blue bone that looked to say "worlds best snuggler" 1 round gold I tried for 40 minutes to leash him or touch collar, was extremely weary.
