The Realtist Women's Council of IL (RWCI), is a sisterhood of professional women, supporting one another and elevating the standards of women in the business arena. Mission: To elevate the standards of women in the real estate industry, by encouraging leadership, education, and the exchange of information through group learning techniques. Also to educate minority and low to moderate income communities on home ownership. Mission Statement: To elevate the standards of Women in the real estate industry by encouraging leadership, education and the exchange of information through group learning techniques and to educate minority and low income neighborhoods about home ownership.
