We are looking for enthusiastic, positive, customer service-oriented individuals to join our Texan team in a PART TIME PORT CREW position. We have positions available throughout the week, including Saturdays and/or Sundays starting November to February 2022. As this is a part-time position, workdays and hours vary and will be set according to operational needs and the deployment of ships. Keep in mind we are in the travel industry so this may sometimes include holidays and inclement weather. We require all members to have a high degree of professionalism. In order to keep our professional image candidates must be willing to wear a uniform (details to follow). Candidates will be responsible for setting up and breaking down 8x8 testing booths, partitions, chairs, tables, signs and stanchions every shift. The job location is the Port of Galveston Cruise Terminals. Minimum requirements: Must be 17 years or older. Fluent in English language. Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time often entire shift (6-8 hours) Able to take direction well and adjust to fast-paced and ever changing environment.
