A very special Full Moon Yoga honoring our collective loss for Dia de los Muertos. Join us for a very special yoga class hosted by ActiveSGV, Day One, and Full Moon Yoga With Carly. We are building a community ofrenda (altar) at the Jeff Seymour Family Center for Dia de los Muertos as a way to honor everyone and everything we have lost during these past couple of years. We invite you to bring an offering for the altar (something that you don't mind leaving). This could be a note or poem, flowers, a photo, personal item, etc. Then we will move our bodies and connect with our breath in a beginner-friendly yoga session. **IMPORTANT DETAILS:** Meet at the basketball courtsBring your own mat, blanket, and any other items you may need (we do have extra mats if needed)Public restrooms will be available ActiveSGV's mission is to support a more sustainable, equitable, and livable San Gabriel Valley.
