In-person Barre Class with The Barre Collective Join us on Sunday for an in-person class on the pool deck of Hotel Paradox ! Our express barre class is made up of small intentional moves choreographed to fatigue muscles and hit the "burn zone". We will have a hip height surface to use as your barre, and a small yoga ball for core work. *Please bring a soft exercise mat for our floor work*
