A Full Moon Ceremony with Sound Bath, Superfood Drinks and 4-Course Vegan Dinner Join us for an intimate evening, where we harness the energy of the full moon to release what no longer serves us and manifest what does. Our ceremony will bring your mind, body and soul into energetic alignment through an introspective practise that centers the mind, superfoods that cleanse the body, and a sound bath that nourishes the soul. The use of musical instruments as tools of vibration can help rejuvenate and realign us on a cellular—and spiritual—level. Drew Burch and Kelly Finn's immersive approach to sound meditation at The Sound Sorcery is designed to activate different energy centers within the body, opening up pathways for deep relaxation and restorative healing. Our superfood drinks, powered by Superfree, are packed with antioxidants and traditional ingredients rooted in Ayurveda and Chinese medicine. Drinks are infused with the goodness of raw cacao, lion's mane, maca root and ashwagandha, among other certified organic ingredients, that aid detoxification and boost performance. The evening ends with a 4-course vegan dinner curated by chef Felipe de la Cruz, the former co-owner of Kasbar, a Moroccan restaurant in Boracay. Chef Felipe grew up between the Philippines’ Negros Island and his mother’s home in Manila. He inherited a love for food from his Negrense roots, and sharpened his culinary chops in Los Angeles by working at restaurants ranging from old-school European to northern Californian and classic Asian. Chef Felipe is as passionate about building community as he is about good food. This event is curated by a small group of friends in San Francisco. We're working professionals, so all our work is pro bono. Tickets will be used to cover cost. Any surplus will be re-invested into future events and a percentage donated to charity.
