Yard Work - Trim down bushes, haul away

I have two large, one smaller Mexican Bird of Paradise plants that need to be cut down to the ground and then hauled away to the dump. Also, need help spreading some manure and overseeding a small (20'x20') yard. I pay $20/hour plus the fee for the dump. I'm an older, gay male. Prefer you be tolerant of that and young and inshape to be able to do the work. Bonus possible. Here are pics of the bushes. Would prefer you be able to do the work early morning (like around 7 a.m.) in the next few days. Please respond with info about yourself and a pic or two and when you're available. I'll monitor responses on Sunday and get back to you by Sunday evening. Thanks.
