Description

JOIN US Oct. 27 to find out how healthcare providers can access patient wishes in real time through Arizona Senate Bill 1352. Why you should attend:We all want the best care for our clients. That requires that we have access to their healthcare wishes when we need it. Advance directives allow healthcare providers to put clients’ wishes first to improve end-of-life care. During the 2019 legislative session, the Arizona Senate passed Bill 1352 giving healthcare providers real-time access to clients’ wishes when they need it most through their advance directives. Join PASRS members and senior healthcare professionals on Wednesday, October 27th, to hear our guest, Carla Sutter, provide insight into this new bill and what it means for your clients and patients. The Arizona Healthcare Directives Registry (AzHDR) is designed to help honor patients’ end-of-life healthcare wishes by providing seamless access to advance directives across the continuum of care. This secure and confidential service provides peace of mind to registrants and their families and offers easy access to participating healthcare providers.
