An autumnal collaborative dinner between Chef Charles d'Ablaing of Brookside Poultry Co. and Chef Ted Liberda of Buck Tui BBQ. Join us for a five course meal with beverage pairings on Thursday, October 28th at 6:30 p.m. at Brookside Poultry Co. Chef Charles d'Ablaing will be teaming up with Chef Ted Liberda and Chef Kara Anderson to craft an autumnal menu featuring the best of our cuisines! Beverage Director Matsumoto Mari will pair cocktails and wine for this limited-seating, one time dining experience! This will be a family-style event, so guests can expect to be paired next to other parties and given the opportunity to make new friends over shared conversation and dishes! This event will sell out quickly as seating is very limited! Tax and Gratuity are included in the ticket price of $135.
