Help us Raise the Roof on our School Bus/ Skoolie Conversion

My wife and I have purchased a 1994 Thomas school bus and have started the process of turning it into an RV/ tiny home. One of our biggest undertakings is to raise the roof of the bus to help accommodate my height in the bus. We're on the lookout for a few ambitious handymen or handmaidens who would be interested in helping us weld together on this bus project. Our intentions are to remove all the windows, raise the bus by 8 to 12 inches, and replace all the side windows with 20ga to 18ga galvannealed steel. I have purchased 36 hat channel extensions specifically made for this bus to arrive in November. Previous experience completing a roof raise preferred but not required. I have resources on previous skoolie builds from other builders. We already include many supplies like a 220V welder, angle grinders, crowbars, assorted other tools, and potential access to a wood shop as needed. Willing to pay well and treat kindly those willing to help out on this project. If you are rockstars I'd be happy to keep you around to help finish the build. Experience with school bus repair, vehicle electronics, or diesel engines also highly appreciated.
