Buti Yoga GLOW PARTY! Paint yourself with glow paint and get primal with your tribe during a fun, empowering Buti Yoga event! Cole Coffman, RYT 200, Buti Yoga Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer will be leading a special Halloween edition Buti Yoga class at Yogasix Westchase! Buti Yoga combines power yoga, tribal dance, cardio bursts and dynamic movement into one high energy, empowering AF practice! You'll spiral, shake and vibrate stuck energy out of the body. This practice works to clear chakras, release emotional blocks, and tone the body from the inside out. Buti is all about the self-love! Students are reminding to love the body they are in, and practice that by cheering themselves on in the most positive way throughout the practice. Buti is a super primal practice, connecting us to our ancestors through tribal dance. We will use glow paint to illuminate our bodies and step into our most primal selves before this class. You do not want to miss this! After class Cole will lead a short meditation followed by a sparkling kombucha toast.
