When he would open his lunchbox at elementary school, everyone was perplexed. They had never seen such a thing. Once he shared one of his Cuban meat stix, he became the most popular kid at the table. The Besta's love for Croquetas has never waned, only grown by leaps and bounds. All Burger Beast ever wanted to do as a grown-up was to share this love with his familia, the people of Miami. So he created Croqueta Palooza, and the rest is Croqueta history! The 8th annual Croqueta Palooza celebrates everything special about living in the 305. "The most Miami event ever!" - Edible South Florida Croqueta Palooza 2021 is taking place outdoors at Magic City Casino on Saturday, December 4th, from 7-10PM. You must be 21 years of age or older to attend. No refunds. The Burger Beast Food Blog was originally created to tell folks about those little forgotten gems in South Florida. Over the course of the last 10 years, it's grown to include all types of Comfort Food related subjects across the United States.   Along with the events we create and curate Burger Beast also owns the world's only Burger Museum, at Magic City Casino near the Miami International Airport.
