Van Electrical Problem | Blower Motor Not Working | '95 Ford E-250

Seeking experienced mechanic/enthousiast who's familliar with Ford trucks. Vehicle: 1995 Ford Econoline E-250 5.8L Issue: Blower motor not working Details: The blower motor used to work, but no longer does. The A/C compressor works perfectly fine because it engages and disengages when switched on. Also I can feel cold air through the vents at high driving speeds. I've already replaced the blower motor AND resistor with BRAND NEW parts but it's still not working. I checked the fuses associated with A/C & blower [15A & 60A], and they appear fine (I did not use a testing device). Cycling through the different fan speeds does not make it work. It could be a wiring issue, but I do not have the experience or knowledge on where the issue is. [Serious inquiries only. I need this problem repaired as soon as possible.
