I am converting 1 car garage to living space Looking for somone to remove garage door, and stud up wall to ground and put up walls and install 6-0 x 3-0 window. And Insulate inside wall and then possibly drywall it. Will need you to just be labor with tools. I can buy all matls. In summary; Remove siding or trim boards to garage and rip to accomodate new wall Stud up wall and frame for window Install window via nail fin installation or removing nail fin and it accomodating brickwork afterwards Insulate that inside wall Drywall that inner wall Labor only with tools. My tools unavail and at diff. property out of town Quote overall job or you can bid hourly and we do together, as I am pretty handy and quick to learn things and very laid back. Start ASAP
