Hello, My Name Is Shawna Jones. I am offering home-based affordable child-care to families in the community. Ages: 6 months-11 years of age About Me: I am CPR certified, Health Care field experience (7 years) I'm a compassionate, loving and educated person. Safety advocate I come with impeccable references. Service Offered: Meal preparation breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks provided by me ( food allergies and food choices will be discussed on forms given ) Educational activities, homework help, playful activities (inside home). Works with children with disabilities. ( feeding tubes etc.) This is a home based childcare so for safety purposes there would only be a 4-5 child limit. All children would have to be dropped off and picked up. Children can be picked/dropped off by me for an additional fee and proper car seats if needed. Parents Must complete a short form given by me with children's allergies, specific care needed (if applicable) and payment options. Business Hours: Mon-Fri-8 am-6 pm. If you do need care outside of business hours it can be discussed at no extra cost.
