I am looking for a personal trainer who can come to my home and motivate me on my treadmill, my pool, and my Chuck Norris machine which I'm not quite sure how to use. Anything else you can bring to the table would be welcome. I want to lose 30 lb and I don't want to go to a gym. I live on the south side and I can pay cash for each visit.
