Experienced caretaker. Pressure washing, yard maintenance, washing windows inside and outside, washing autos, keeping up with indoor light fixtures, hard wood floor cleaning, tile and other heavy duty cleaning inside a home. Assisting the housekeeping with projects. Willing to make a one year commitment, have verifiable references and submit to a background check. Two days weekly, may turn in to three. Excellent compensation. Flexible with days/hours. Pay will depend on experience and qualifications. Pay starting at $25.00 hourly. Please send your detailed experience and contact information.
