Garden Center seeks Qualified Nursery associate to assist in running Nursery year round. Great Opportunity for the Passionate/ Educated Gardener Reports to the Owner. Min. 2yrs experience in the following: *Great leadership skills *Great Communication and management skills *Meet Company Sales Goals and maintain store Budgets *Ability to work independently *Flexible Schedule (5-6 day work week 8hr./day) *Paid Weekly/Paid Company Holidays/Sick Pay *Routine Store Maintenance, Safety and Operations *Hiring,Training, Evaluate employee performances and manage employees *Customer Service and Cashiering (iPad POS system willing to train) *Plant knowledge -TCNP or TNLA certification helpful. *Ability to lift 50lbs. *Stocking, pricing, market store merchandise, manage inventory levels. *Pay increase Depending on evaluation. *Valid Texas Drivers License and have your own vehicle. *Solid References * Immediate opening to be filled by Nov.1,2021-Submit Resume detailing above experience and why you would be a good fit for this position.
