California put in place Unconditional law called AB5, this law is the reason for the supply chain shortage. AB5 put 70,000 owner operators out of work, hence killing the trucking industry and blocking Americans from earning a living. According to Californias failed government unconstitutional Law AB5 is a necessary to make sure California is getting as much taxes as it can well forcing companies to pay workmens comp Insurance which is a huge scam, social security another scam, Medicare another scam all in the beliefs that this is protecting the owner operator....this Unconditional law not only doesnt protect the owner operator but now restricts one from making good money. Californias need to ban this law asap or the trucking industry will be monopolized by FedEx and UPS.
