In desperate need of help

I don't have the typical options most people have when in a tough spot, so I'm turning to the internet. I'm a fully employed female in her mid 30s. I recently left an abusive relationship and moved to a new location. Not only living in California, but moving in general is very expensive. I have been losing sleep, worrying about finances. I need to some how obtain $3200. My registration is passed due, my tires are bald with wires showing, my breaks are nearly extinct, car payment is passed due. These are my top priorities, but not the end of the list. Although I work full time, my credit is not good enough to obtain a standard loan. I'm living in a nearly empty apartment because leaving the abusive relationship meant leaving a lot behind. I don't have a drug or alcohol dependency, I'm just struggling. I'm begging for help. I can work, earn the money however necessary, I can repay the money with interest if that's a possibility. I just need someone who can help! I can prove what the funds are needed for so that you know that's what it's really for. Please reach out to me if you are able or willing to dramatically improve my quality of life!
