We need a general contractor with carpentry knowledge to help gut a 11x60 modular home, Looking for sub contractor to help demo and fix rotted studs in a mobile home that is 11x60; as of now only need one days help. But depending on your skills may have future work remodeling. We need to bring it up to code with electrical work to then finish the remodel to be able to bring our children down to live with us. It’s a desperate situation, my predator landlord isn’t extending our lease up north so we have to make our inherited estate livable so my children and my husband and I have a place to live and aren’t out on the street up north. We can negotiate pay, but help is needed ASAP. please only reply if you know what you’re doing, or can follow my husbands directions for the manual labor type work (moving things that haven’t been touched in years, I am a city girl and no matter how hard I try I make him upset because I get scared of these bugs down south) we can’t afford much, but it’s truly an emergency and time is running out.
