Found a Long Hair Chihuahua mix at the Thurgood Marshall Library on 76th/Racine on Monday, October 11th. He has white hair with a small rust colored patch on his butt. He is about 11.5 pounds and is about 8 years old. He is very sweet with a good temperament and we're hoping to find his owner. He has not been neutered and is not microchipped. He was found with a grey flea collar on.
