Pair of women's panties found on sidewalk in Valley Creek Condos next to adjacent Apartment complex in Perinton. Not sure if they fell out of a laundry basket, etc. Would love to return them to owner, so to weed out 'fakes' please email me a description of the panties so I know they are yours!
