Cat discovered. No signs of owner

I discovered this tabby late last night at 11 1/2 st sw rochester mn the neighborhood just north of apache mall. It kept trying to come into the house I was at and ate a few bowls of food. There was no collar on the cat or Anyway to identify its owner. No microchips found either. Part of one of its ears is missing. If anyone knows anything about the owner if they could send me any contact information that would be great. Thank you very much if you know anything about this cat.
