Need a hardworking individual who is knowledgeable in handyman work, such as painting, landscaping, air conditioning/heater annual maintenance, etc. Needs to be self sufficient, capable of keeping up at a fast pace, and have common sense. This is a temporary position but with the possibility of being hired on after depending on level of skill, and work ethic. Please only serious inquiries.
