care for corgi during hospitalization

We need to be in Bellevue several days for a surgical procedure and need a good dog sitter for our 1 year old Corgi. He needs a fenced yard and he LOVES children. He is well trained and if his routines are followed will follow all the rules. He is energetic and loving. The hospital in Bellevue has delayed this surgery once due to COVID cases taking up space. We are currently scheduled for Nov. 6-11. The return date may vary if complications arise. Our Corgi named K-2 sleeps in a crate at night and likes outdoors if there is someone out with him. Otherwise he prefers indoors. He has not been with other dogs so I don't know how he will act. We do not want him left at home alone all day.
