Lost Black and White Male Cat

NE Hancock near 9th Ave, Portland OR

Description

My male cat, Scamp, got out while I was at work. The last place seen was near my apt on the corner of NE Hancock and 9th St. He is mostly white with black spots, one distinguishing mark being a black spot on his (left?) hind leg. He has a high pitched meow. He is very friendly with people, but I'm unsure of how approachable he may be since he's outside. If you or someone you know may have information, please reach out to me.
