Wood in bathroom between toilet and tub is rotten. Toilet needs to be removed, vinyl floor needs to be removed, 24" x 42" subfloor needs to be cut and removed. New 3/4 plywood needs to be cut and fit to the sides but also toilet flange. Then screwed in place. I can provide the plywood, you will need to provide the skills to do this job. You will also need to provide your own tools to do the described job. The house is occupied and the work is to be completed tomorrow between 2 and 4pm. This is by Norfolk state university.
