Beautiful Tennessee Walking horse for half lease. Magic is boarded at pepperwood farms in Fuquay Varina NC. The lease is $300. I dont mind you riding as much as you like but it will have to be worked out so we are not there at the same time. Good communication is a MUST! Pepperwood farm has an indoor and an outdoor arena. This is a high end boarding facility. Magic is easy to ride. Good for beginners and up. She is a sweet girl with loads of manners. She loves her humans and loves being around them. She absolutely has no vices. I ride her very gently, no saddle no bit. I also ride her with a saddle and a bit of course. She is an all around wonderful horse. This is an opportunity of a lifetime.
