Solo artist looking for live bass and drummer

My music is alternative rock, metal and pop rock. My influences are Van Halen, the Offspring, Creed, Nirvana, Led Zeppelin, Ozzy, Yngwie, Metallica. I'm looking to play shows around Cincy and maybe it'll grow to some traveling shows. Venues like Mad Frog, Madison Theater, Bogarts. I need a bass player and a drummer, to play to click. It will be a paid gig, since I'm asking you to just play my originals. We can negotiate pay, but it won't be a big payday right off, because my budget and these gigs are only 35-45 min. Paid for shows, but not for practice. I'm an original rock artist and we can probably do a few covers.
