Fencing and General Helper Needed

I am looking for someone to help on a regular basis. I own a small fence company and need 1 guy to help me. Job Requirements: Must have Transportation. Drug Free. Responsible. Must be able to lift and carry 80lbs. Basic construction skills are a plus. Must be able to follow instructions. Walking, bending, kneeling stooping, digging, lifting. Some knowledge of fencing is a plus. The job is not easy, but I have the tools to do the job and make it as easy as it can be. You do not need tools of your own, but if you have them and choose to bring them that's fine with me. I build all types of fencing but generally just do Wood privacy fencing around the DFW area. You will meet me directly at job site. Pay.. $120 a day... paid cash daily...hours vary, but I always start about 730 or 8am. I do not work all day long. I generally will be home by 3... I am easy to work for as long as you work. I work just as hard as my helper and don't just sit in the truck and watch all day or leave you alone. This is a job, It won't always be 5 days a week, just depends on work load. Because I work with you it's important that I get along well with you. I'm not looking for a friend, but if your a miserable person to be around it will not work. I don't need drama in your home life.
