Business couple seeking a part-time live-out housekeeper. Must be reliable and meticulous. Schedule Monday- Wednesday and Friday. Duties include laundry, general cleaning, dusting, floors, windows, trash, bedding, towels, baths(2), kitchen, bedrooms(3). Looking for responsible and reliable individual. Hours may be flexible but 3 days per week minimum required. Could offer more hours depending on projects and work flow. In summer months, the job may include some outdoor project regularly such as light gardening, cutt, window washing, car washing, RV washing, etc. Looking for someone that likes a variety of projects and with a positive attitude. Grumpy or Cranky people need not apply! We are very loyal people and our last house manager was with us for many-many years. We are a married couple, no kids, no pets. Must be able to manage stairs, have a clean driving record with valid drivers license and insurance. Must be English speaking and have three quality references, that will be checked by third party background check service. Non smoking required. $17.00 Per hour Cash After one year of service we provide - Holiday Bonus - Pay increase each year on anniversary of start date. One week paid vacation (3 days) or whatever has been the standard schedule to match from that year. We are looking for a flexible person that wants to work a a few days a week but also wants the flexibility of having their own personal balance.
