Need digging trench and moving dirt around

I need to hire one person to help me dig a trench and move some dirt around. The trench will be about 18 inches deep and is preparation for short heighted retaining wall. I also need this person to move some existing dirt to fill an open trench on the side of my house. Both of these will probably take a full day. I have a shovel and a wheelbarrow. I can pay $160 for the day.
