Rehoming 1 year old Labrador

Description

Bear is a 1 year old Chocolate Labrador. (Does not have papers) He is very sweet and loves playing ball. He has been kennel trained but is mostly an outside dog with electric/invisible fence collar. He is neutered and up to date on shots. He has lived with other dogs, cats, and kids of all ages. We are sad to rehome him but are moving and can not bring him with us. Asking for a $150 rehoming fee. We want to see our boy placed in a loving home. He needs adequate attention, strong leadership, and a place to run and play (Has been accustomed to our 5 acre property) Can send more pictures or video if seriously interested.
