Need Landscape Labor - Building a Consistent Crew - Same Day Pay

I need 2 people to help with landscaping jobs starting Tuesday the 19th and Thursday-Friday. Pay is by the job - not hourly - work slow if you want to work slow, work fast if you want to work fast. Experience is preferred but not required as long as you don't mind getting your hands dirty, can lift basic debris, pay attention to detail and ok working out in the Florida sun. Typical duties will be digging up plants, trimming bushes and small trees, mulching, weeding, hauling debris etc. again - no experience needed just a good, hard work ethic. I will mostly oversee the projects but will definitely be working with you as well - very laid back and chill working environment. I typically just pop in my headphones and get to work. I consider myself a laid back easy going person but I do not 🚫 do drama or bad business - nor would I expect you to. So - If after the project it is a good fit for us and for you, future work will be offered per your availability. Looking to build a solid crew.
