Change two toilet valves (plumber's license and proof of insurance required by the building), replace four window treatments (new window treatments are here), add a deadbolt on a wood bedroom door, adjust ball catches on sticking double doors, dispose of an 8-foot solid door, and some patching/sanding/painting.
