I have two jobs I need help with and I’d like to get some quotes on. Getting ready to put my property on market and need to get it ready to sell by next week. Job One: I have a 10x30(?) garage that is full of debris and general junk. Almost everything in the garage will need to go to the dump (it’s close to property). There may be a couple of pieces of old furniture in the building that may also still be there and need to go. I would like it cleaned out and just a basic sweep out, all within one day. I’m ‘estimating’ it would take 2 people about 5 hours. You’ll need to provide truck and trailer for hauling. Job Two: I need a basic cleaning for about 1800 square feet which includes 2 small bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths, living, kitchen cleaned, and floors mopped. Wipe down walls, windows. General trash pickup. There is no carpet. Concrete floor in one part of building will need sanitized to get rid of cat urine smell. NO furniture to be cleaned. Basically empty. Just need cleaned and ready for pictures. Would need done in one day and you will need to bring your own supplies. Building is rough on the inside-not typical residence. As mentioned, I want to try to schedule both of these jobs for early next week.
